Photos, videos, and articles may be re-used by third party television stations registered with the F.C.C. for broadcast on television, satellite and cable channels provided that the news segment includes a citation to BrevardTimes.com orally if written content read aloud, visually if visual content, or both if both.  A good example can be found here.  Higher-resolution photos and videos not found on BrevardTimes.com may be made available to these organizations upon request.

Internet:

The above-referenced television, newspaper, and radio organizations may rebroadcast over the internet any portion of their news segment which includes content from BrevardTimes.com that was previously aired via T.V. or radio broadcast, or previously published in hard copy newspaper print by that news organization.  A good example can be found here of a television segment previously broadcasted on air, then placed on the internet.  If the above-referenced organizations wish to  publish via the internet prior to airing or hard-copy publishing, the below stand-alone internet news organization terms apply.
