How To Fix Today's Bright House Cable Interruption
ORLANDO, Florida -- Some Bright House
Networks cable customers in the Central Florida area, including Brevard County, may have experienced problems with their cable
boxes today.
"Very early this morning we were performing pre-planned upgrade maintenance to our network to improve and increase performance," said Senior Director of Bright House Networks Corporate Communications, Donald Forbes.
"The boxes that were taking longer to reboot after the network performance upgrade was complete are now coming back online," Forbes said. "We want customers to know we make enhancements to the network during the very early hours of the morning to avoid any negative customer impact and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience."

HOW TO FIX IF YOUR CABLE IS STILL NOT WORKING
Forbes added that in
limited cases, it may require customers to reboot their boxes by simply
unplugging it from the electrical outlet, wait a few seconds, and then plug back
in.
