"Philadelphia Flasher" Arrested In Brevard County, Florida
BAREFOOT BAY, Florida -- Earlier today the Brevard County Sheriff's Office received information from the United States Marshal Service that 45-year-old Steven Barrick of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was wanted for a Fugitive from Justice Warrant relative to a Failure to Appear on pending charges.
The Marshal Service had developed information that Barrick, who is known as the "Philadelphia Flasher," was believed to be heading to Florida and possibly had relatives residing in Brevard County. Deputies from the Sheriff's Office Fugitive Unit tracked Barrick to Barefoot Bay where he was working as a handyman. Deputies arrested Barrick without incident.
Barrick is accused of flashing several women and walking around naked in a Pennsylvania commuter rail station.
Barrick was transported to the Brevard County Jail in Sharpes, Florida under a No Bond Status pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
