Walmart's Cyber Monday Deals Begin Saturday

Walmart isn't waiting until Monday to begin offering its Cyber Monday deals.  The big box retailer  plans to offer 500 deals online on beginning on Saturday, November 29, 2014 during its Cyber Week which will continue every day through Friday, December 5, 2014.

“The New Black Friday at Walmart is five days of unmatched savings, and it culminates on Cyber Monday where we treat customers to the biggest online savings of the season” said Fernando Madeira, president and CEO, “We’re doubling down on Cyber Monday this year, offering more than twice the number of deals compared to last year, and delivering it on a new web site that makes shopping easier and faster with free shipping on the season’s hottest gifts all week long.”

Walmart is touting savings up to 50 percent on HDTVs, tablets, toys and more. These deals come with free shipping to customers homes with orders totaling $50 or more (or under $50 for site-to-store free shipping).

Walmart said that it will offer 500 of the season’s hottest electronics, toys, apparel, home décor and more with the best deals arriving on Cyber Monday, December 1, 2014.  Examples include the LG 49” LED HDTV for $398 ($200 savings) and PlayStation 4 Lego Batman & Little Big Planet Console Bundle with Choice of Extra Game and Controller for $449 ($189 savings online only).
