Health First Foundation President Charged With Soliciting A Prostitute

Terry Mohr

BREVARD COUNTY, Florida - Health First Foundation President, Terry Mohr, has resigned after he was arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution in Palm Shores, Florida.

Mohr became President of the Health First Foundation in 2014 and had been featured in local vanity news articles covering Brevard County's social scene over the last two years.

Brevard County court records show that Mohr was arrested on the night of April 20-21st, 2016 - just four days after the Health First Foundation held a benefit ball on April 16 at the Florida Institute of Technology which raised over $400,000.

Mohr's arrest was part of a prostitution sting by the Brevard County Sheriff's Office. He was released from jail on a $500 bond. Solicitation of prostitution is a second degree misdemeanor in Florida that is punishable by up to 60 days in jail and/or a $500 fine.
