Now that it is after 12 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Cyber Monday, retailers like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Amazon have finally revealed their best Cyber Monday deals for 2016.
Based on a comparison with last year's deals and price comparisons with competitors this year, Target is the winning retailer for Cyber Monday 2016 deals in all departments from apparel to electronics to toys and for home items. Naming Target as the best Cyber Monday for 2016 is almost entirely due to it's extra 15% discount at checkout.
Best 2016 Cyber Monday Laptop Deals
Because of the extra 15% off, Target seems to be beating out the other retailers when it comes to the best laptop deals. So if you find a laptop deal at another retailer such as Best Buy, Dell, or Walmart, be sure to compare similar models and/or memory and processing speed with Target's laptop offers (and don't forget to go through Target's checkout to find the final price after the 15% discount.) It should be noted that Dell will have its best doorbooster offers beginning at 2 p.m. Eastern Time.

Walmart is also selling the same Xbox versions for $249.00, but without any added discount.
