Most Popular Baby Names In U.S. and Florida For 2016


For the third year in a row, Emma and Noah are again America’s most popular baby names, according to the Social Security Administration. 

This marks the fourth year at number one for Noah and the third for Emma. There is only one new name in the top 10 this year—Elijah, the first time he has ever reached the list of 10.

Here are the top 10 boy and girl baby names for 2016 in the U.S.:

For the second year in a row, Liam and Isabella topped the list for baby names in Florida. The top five boys and girls names for 2016 in Florida were:
