FBI Denies Compromised Apple User IDs
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The FBI is denying the allegations made by the hacking political activist organization AntiSec that the group was able to obtain information on over 12 million Apple iPad and iPhone users through a compromised FBI laptop.
"The FBI is aware of published reports alleging that an FBI laptop was
compromised and private data regarding Apple UDIDs was exposed." The FBI announced in a press release. "At this
time, there is no evidence indicating that an FBI laptop was compromised
or that the FBI either sought or obtained this data."
