Kelly Park Boat Ramps To Remain Open During Renovations
MERRITT
ISLAND, Fla. – Replacement of sea walls and boat dock, a new floating
dock and shoreline revetment work are in store for Kelly Park East boat
dock, which will undergo a three-month renovation project starting Tuesday, May 28.
Boat ramps at the park, located at 2550 N. Banana River Drive, Merritt Island, will remain open during the project, which is targeted for completion by Aug. 26. However, during the course of the project, visitors may experience delays at the boat ramps.
The following boat ramps will also be available for public use: Kiwanis Island Park, 951 Kiwanis Island Park Road, or Port St. John Boat Ramp, 6650 N. Cocoa Blvd.
