Cops: One Killed, One Critical In Drug-Related Incident
INDIALANTIC, Florida -- The Brevard County Sheriff's Office is conducting a death investigation in the 300 block of
Riviera Boulevard in the unincorporated area of Brevard County near Indialantic, Florida.
Shortly before 2 p.m. on Sunday, Deputies responded to an emergency call where one male was discovered
deceased and a second male was later transported from the scene in critical condition.
The preliminary
investigation leads agents to believe this incident could be narcotics related. The suspect(s) have not yet
been identified and Sheriff’s agents are attempting to locate and speak with several witnesses.
The extent of the injuries to the second victim is not yet known. He was undergoing surgery Sunday afternoon to treat his wounds.
