Florida Man Arrested For Throwing Alligator Into Wendy's Drive-Thru

ROYAL PALM BEACH, Florida - A Florida man was arrested by U.S. Marshals after he allegedly threw an alligator into a drive-thru window at a Wendy's fast food restaurant in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, according to NBC News affiliate WPTV.

24-year-old Joshua James of Jupiter, Florida was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a alligator without authority for the stunt, according to Palm Beach County Jail records. His bond was set at $3,000.

Florida Fish and Wildlife officials told WPTV that the alligator was released into a nearby canal after the incident.
